Essential Oil Pack - Focus
AWO’s Focus Essential Oil pack contains three 100% Pure Essential Oils that are known to enhance focus and concentration whilst alleviating brain fog and mental fatigue. Packaged in an environmentally friendly gift box, many have found the essential oils within the Focus Pack to be incredibly useful in encouraging productive thinking and attentiveness. Whether used individually or combined to make an essential oil blend, each of these essential oils are particularly useful to have diffusing in any office or study space.
Lemon Essential Oil (15ml): In addition to its pleasantly refreshing and zesty aroma, Lemon Essential Oil is highly valued for its revitalising and uplifting properties. Whether diffused and inhaled or diluted and applied topically, Lemon Essential Oil has been seen to alleviate brain fog and mental fatigue whilst improving focus, concentration and mental alertness.
Peppermint Essential Oil (15ml): Known to be one of the best essential oils for focus, Peppermint Essential Oil has been seen to stimulate mental activity and reduce headache pain, whilst enlivening the senses.
Frankincense Essential Oil (15ml): Commonly used in meditation because of its ability to focus the mind, Frankincense Essential Oil is known to encourage a sense of comfort and balance. Others have found Frankincense Essential Oil to be effective in reducing the heart rate whilst shifting the mental state back to calm.
There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a few of our favourite ideas to get you started;
- Diffuse: Add 1-3 drops of each Essential Oil to your diffuser and allow the energising properties to fill the air.
- On the Go: For a focusing blend you can take on the go, add 2-3 drops of each Essential Oil into a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears and bottom of your feet.
- Shower: Add a drop to each corner of the shower, and the Essential Oil aroma will rise with the steam to create an energising atmosphere.
- Fast Remedy: Add 1-2 drops of your chosen Essential Oil on to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!
- Massage: Dilute 6-10 drops of each Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil to help boost your focus and bring clarity to your mind.
Essential Oil Safety
- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
