Her combines a blend of 100% pure essential oils that are recognised to help provide balance to emotions and hormones, ease menstrual cramps & PMS symptoms, relieve stress, and encourage a calming, grounding and harmonious environment.
Sweet Orange Essential Oil (Citrus sinensis)
In aromatherapy, Sweet Orange Essential Oil has been seen to have an uplifting yet calming affect on the mind, alleviating feelings of stress & anxiety. In addition, Sweet Orange Oil is also known to aid in strengthening the immune system and easing inflammation.
Geranium Essential Oil (Pelargonium graveolens)
Geranium Essential Oil (or Rose Geranium Essential Oil) is one of the most widely appreciated oils when it comes to female and hormonal health. With properties that are used to help ease female health discomforts such as menopausal and menstrual related symptoms, PMS, breast tenderness and heavy periods, it's no wonder this was a top ingredient when creating our HER blend!
Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil (Cananga odorata)
Most commonly known for its mood enhancing properties, helping to battle anxiety and stress. Ylang Ylang has also traditionally been used as an aphrodisiac to boost sexual desire.
Cedarwood Atlas Essential Oil (Cedrus atlantica)
Cedarwood Oil is known for its calming yet uplifting effect on the mind due to the cedrol content which has shown to boost brain chemicals. As an anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic, it can also help to ease muscle pains and cramps.
Cypress Essential Oil (Cupressus sempervirens)
Cypress Oil exhibits antispasmodic qualities which can help to reduce the pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms and menstrual cramps. It is also known for its calming, sedative properties which are helpful when it comes to relieving anxiety, emotional stress & insomnia.
Frankincense Essential Oil (Boswellia carterii)
Primarily known for its ability to calm and ground the mind, Frankincense Oil has also been appreciated for its hormone balancing and immune supporting properties. It has demonstrated positive results when it comes to reducing pain, cramps, nausea, anxiety & erratic moods.
Clary Sage Essential Oil (Salvia sclarea)
Clary Sage has been used for centuries for supporting women's health due to its ability to help balance hormones, ease painful menstrual cramps, relieve PMS symptoms, comfort mood swings & provide an overall calming and grounded atmosphere.
- Diffuse: The most common way to enjoy Essential Oils, add 2-10 drops of oil to your diffuser.

Topically/On the Go: You can also experience the benefits of Essential Oils by adding 4-6 drops of your Essential Oil Blend to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears & soles of your feet.

Massage: Dilute a few drops of HER Essential Oil Blend into a carrier oil, massage oil, or moisturiser to soothe sore, cramping muscles.
- Body & Belly Oil: Due to the hormone balancing qualities in HER Essential Oil Blend, this makes for a fantastic belly oil, especially at that time of the month. To create a safe body oil, dilute 20-30 drops HER Blend into 80-100ml carrier oil base (we recommend something light and easily absorbed such as Almond Oil or Grapeseed Oil). For added benefits, include 20ml Castor Oil to your blend.
- Bath: Add a few drops of HER Essential Oil blend to a warm bath to promote emotional, immune & hormone support.
- Fast Remedy: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil blend to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!

- Essential oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using essential oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation or reactions if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin).
